Sarah Woodhall – Apprenticeship Curriculum Manager

Sarah has worked in the department for eight years and has wide knowledge and experience relating to apprenticeships. Sarah oversees the apprenticeship provision on a day-to-day basis and ensures everything is running smoothly. Sarah is also a Safeguarding Officer for the College. 

 

Pamela Broad – Business Development Manager

Pamela has been with the apprenticeship team since 2021 and is responsible for liaising with employers regarding our apprenticeship provision. Pamela also manages new apprentice applications, and you will often see her at external events, both in local schools and business enterprises. 

 

Tia Currie – Apprenticeship Data & Finance Analyst

Tia started in apprenticeships in 2018 as a Business Administrator Apprentice and has since developed into our Data & Finance Analyst. She is responsible for the main administrative tasks in the department, including enrolling new apprentices and managing financial transactions with employers. Tia also works alongside Pamela to manage new apprentice applications.  

 

Kereen Smith – Functional Skills English & Maths Teacher

Kereen is our dedicated Functional Skills Teacher and has been with the apprenticeship team since 2018. Kereen is responsible for delivering the Functional Skills provision to our apprentices who need to uplevel their English and/or maths. 

 

Alison Humprey – Apprenticeship Assessor

Alison joined the apprenticeship team in 2023 and has an extensive understanding of the business administrative provision. She is responsible for training our apprentices alongside their employers to ensure they gain the required skills, knowledge, and behaviours in preparation for the End-Point Assessment. Alison covers the Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Warehousing provision.  

 

Dan Rice – Apprenticeship Assessor

Dan has been with us since 2022. He has an in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry and is our dedicated Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship Assessor.  He works with employers to ensure our apprentices cover the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they need to be successful in their End Point Assessment, the marketing activities of the employer and ultimately, their Marketer career. 

 

Hannah ThompsonEarly Years Assessor  

Hannah started with the apprenticeship team in 2024. Hannah has over 10 years of experience in the Early Years industry and has decided to become an Assessor to support the next generation of early years educators.  

 

Michelle Harrington – Apprenticeship Tutor

Michelle joined the apprenticeship team in 2016 and has an excellent understanding of the hairdressing provision. She is responsible for supporting our hairdressing apprentices at levels 2 and 3 alongside our partner employers. Together they ensure our apprentices gain the full industry experience required and successfully achieve their apprenticeship. 

 

Claire Molineaux – Apprenticeship Tutor & Workplace Assessor

Claire joined the apprenticeship team in 2018 and has extensive experience in the hairdressing industry. Alongside the employers, she is responsible for teaching our level 2 and assessing our level 3 hairdressing apprentices to ensure they gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for their Apprenticeship. Claire is also responsible for completing workplace observations for our apprentices, guiding and supporting both the apprentice and employer to achieve the highest possible standards.
