Funding and bursaries
Students if you’re aged over 19 you may be eligible for free tuition depending on the course you want to study, your existing qualifications and your financial circumstances. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 023 8087 4874.
Advanced Learner Loans are available for students who are aged 19 or over. Repayments do not begin until the course is completed and you are earning £25,000 or over. Eligible learners will be enrolling on a level 3 or above course and are a UK or EU national. For further information, visit gov.uk/advanced-learner-loan.
There are no formal qualifications but you will be required to attend an interview to ensure that the course meets your requirements. Most students will either have a Statement of Educational Needs or an Education, Health Care plan.

You will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence. It will be flexible and tailored to suite your individual needs.
You’ll take part in a wide range of activities such as cooking and art.
You’ll also be able to take part in other activities, both on and off the college site – like sports and trips.
Career and Progression
You can progress to another pathway in the Skills for Life department or follow a mainstream college programme as a part of our Pathway+ course. This will depend on your skills and qualifications. You can also progress into paid employment.
