Booking

To book the facilities at Hanger Farm Arts Centre please contact the Centre Co-ordinator directly to discuss your requirements and to arrange a time to view the facilities. Once satisfied that the facilities are suitable for your event, please complete the booking form (pdf) and return to the centre. On receipt of this form, the Centre Co-ordinator will contact you to confirm the booking.

Detailed practical arrangements should be advised well in advance of your event so that centre staff are able to carry out your requirements.

NB Please note that a booking cannot be assumed until confirmation, either by letter or email, is received from the centre.

Bookings cannot normally be made at less than 10 days’ notice.

Please note that no Sunday bookings are taken for meetings and one off events. A Sunday booking will only be permitted for a get-in for a performance in the theatre space. This must be organised in advance with the Centre.

Hanger Farm Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse a booking without reason being given. The Centre’s decision in such matters is final.
