How to Book
The Box Office is open:
- Monday: 11am to 3pm
- Tuesday: 11am to 3pm
- Wednesday: 11am to 3pm
- Thursday: 11am to 3pm
- Friday: 11am to 3pm
- Saturday: 10am to 2pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
Following major refurbishment during the summer, the Arts Centre has fully re-opened to the general public, 6 days a week.
As well as being open during the times above, the Arts Centre will also open 1 hour before the published start time for any event listed in the What's On Guide.

In person: Please visit the Box Office during our opening hours.
By e-mail: hangerfarm-reservations@totton.ac.uk. Please quote the name of the event, the date and time, together with the number of tickets required.
Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card both in person and over the phone. There is a 50p surcharge for these payments.
Cheques should be made payable to Totton College. We are happy to send out tickets by post for an additional handling fee of 50p.
Reservations
All reserved tickets must be paid for within seven working days of booking. After this time the tickets will be made available for sale to other ticket buyers.
You can reserve tickets by leaving a phone message. We will call you back if this is not possible.
Ticket Exchange
Up to one day prior to the performance it is possible to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Less than this, an exchange is not possible and no refund will be issued.
Concessions
Discounts are available to over 60s, children under 16, people on job seekers allowance, on income support, in receipt of a disability allowance and people in full time education. Please see individual show marketing for price details.
