You said:

"Maps of different centres would be helpful." 

We answered:

"Our Web Team have added maps of our main centres to our website". 

You said:

"There are sometimes problems parking at your Totton Site in the evening" 

We answered:

"We are very aware of this difficulty. During the last few months we have added further carparking spaces, providing 300 spaces in all. Problems still persist at pressure points, we continue to liaise with Totton Town Council and NFDC on traffic management and are hopeful of further improvements." 

You said:

"The college has poor signing from main road." 

We answered:

"Negotiations are underway with Hampshire County Council regarding improving external traffic signs for the college." 

You said:

"We want less paperwork and questionnaires." 

We answered:

"We are looking at combining some questions into a smaller number of questionnaires. However, some paperwork is essential since college courses are subsidised or wholly funding by government funding. It is important that there is proper information to justify public expenditure and support college funding applications." 

You said:

"There is sometimes no privacy to discuss confidential matters with staff." 

We answered:

"We have now provided a number of confidential interview rooms in key areas of the College." 

You said:

"Reception can be very crowded and is sometimes difficult for disabled access." 

We answered:

"We have now opened a new visitor reception with additional staff. We are confident that this new area will enable us to handle visitors more speedily. The area includes easy access for wheelchair users and other facilities to support disabled visitors."

"It is sometimes difficult to find information for employers on your website." 

We answered:

"We have now launched a completely new website with a brand-new 'Employer Zone' section."
