Summary
This course is designed for learners with a little computer experience and will take them through the fundamentals of internet, email and word processing.
About the Course
The course will familiarise learners with Internet Explorer and using the Internet to search for information, using email and creating simple word processed documents which incorporate pictures as well as text. At the end of the course learners will achieve the City and Guilds Entry Level 3 Start IT qualification.
Course Aims
By the end of the course learners will be familiar with creating emails and documents, searching the internet and saving and printing files.

A little knowledge of computers or IT required.
How is the course assessed?
Observation and informal assessment.
